How to Apply
Admissions Process
1. Inquiry
Send us an email or WhatsApp message — or visit our Bulawayo campus in person. Our admissions office will respond within one working day.
2. Campus Tour
Book a guided tour, attend an Open Day, or arrange a shadow day for your child to experience a typical school day.
3. Application
Complete the application pack shared by the admissions office (email or printed copy from campus). International applicants follow the same process with additional document requirements.
4. Decision & Enrolment
Successful applicants receive an offer letter with the fee schedule and enrolment forms. Enrolment is confirmed once the deposit and signed acceptance are returned.
Tuition

Per term · 3 terms per academic year (Jan–Dec). Full fee schedule from the Finance Office.
Application Fee

One-time, non-refundable. Waivable on financial hardship.
Referral Discount
Available
For existing parents who refer a new family that enrols. Details from the Finance Office.

Visit our Bulawayo campus and experience Victory first-hand. We host Open Days every term, and individual family tours are available by appointment throughout the academic year. International families are warmly welcomed — we can arrange airport pickup and on-site meetings with the Head of School.
